Let us break this to you right away. Your package will reach your within 21 working days of placing your order. If you are in Mumbai, you could receive it earlier but we can’t promise.
Now that that’s done, let’s get into the details.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver everywhere in India. If your area features in the list of serviceable pin codes, we will get your package to you. Sometimes, we may not be able to deliver to certain locations due to logistical restrictions. See the list of serviceable pin codes here.
Do you deliver overseas?
No, sorry. As of now, we deliver only in India.
How do you guys deliver?
Depending on where you live, we will send you your package with a reputed courier service that best serves your area. Your order comes to you after a quality check, wrapped in a plastic and lovingly placed in a box to ensure the package reaches you in mint condition. Once your order leaves the Shopclusive stores, it should reach you within 7 days.
I have chosen the Cash on Delivery option. How does it work?
Cash on delivery is the perfect payment method to choose if you are not comfortable with online transactions or for any other personal reasons. You pay for your purchase once your parcel reaches you in cash. You might want to consider the fact that the returns will not be accepted under this payment option. Also, we will have to revoke your COD option if you do default. Choose wisely.

How much will I have to pay for shipping?
Nothing. It’s free! Only If you happen to buy anything below Rs. 1000, a shipping charge of Rs. 200 is applicable.
How long before my order gets to me?
We know you are waiting so we will try and make it quick and painless. We will take about 10-14 working days to get your order to your doorstep. Once you place the order, we procure it from the designer and dispatch it to you once we receive it. The order with the designer is placed only at the end of the event, hence the 14 day window.
I am ordering from Shopclusive for a particular event. Can I choose the delivery date?
Unfortunately, you can’t choose a delivery date. We suggest you order early in case you plan to wear it for an occasion.
I can’t see my order online. What should I do?
Once we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with the tracking ID. You can then track your order by logging into your account and checking the ‘My Order’ section. In case you can’t see your order online, give us a call and we will sort this out for you.
I am not at home all the time. How do I ensure I get the parcel anyway?
The courier company will call you before they make the delivery. You could wait for it at your delivery address or get it collected by someone else. In case no one is available to collect your delivery, the courier company will attempt to contact you through phone or SMS. A second attempt to deliver will be made within the next 24 hours. After this attempt, your order will be held by the courier company for 3 days. It will then be sent back to us at Shopclusive.
Once returned back to us, you will be sent an email within 3 days asking you if you would like your order to be sent to you. Please reply within 7 days to this email to receive your order. You will have to bear the shipping cost to have the order redelivered to you. Should no communication be received from your end, we will have to cancel the order.
My order/part of my order is damaged. How do I go about this?

Someone else accepted my order when it was delivered. I noticed my order is damaged when I checked it. Can I return this?
The procedure is the same if you or someone other than you receives the order at your end, we will consider it delivered. If the order or a part of it turns out to be damaged, please email us at support@shopclusive.com and we will help you out.
